Working a typical 9-5 office job I have picked up a habit of booking spontaneous holidays as when I am away I can pretend that I have accomplished my dream job where I am paid to explore the world. When I book the holiday, usually short weekend trips to not waste any holiday days, I struggle to find a website out there with details of exactly where to stay and what to do. I usually search the internet, for a few days, weighing up which hotel to book taking into consideration area, room amenities, past reviews and style and once I get bored from the many hours of googling I finally pick a random hotel and hope for the best. After all this time I then try and find an activity to do which can be just as long a task. This blog is where I will document exactly where I went and what I did so you can hopefully take away some ideas for your holiday.
